GA4 Multi-Property Dashboard: Your Options Compared [2026]

If you run more than two websites, you already know the problem. Google Analytics 4 has no overview screen. There is no "all sites" page. You pick a property from the dropdown, look at the numbers, switch to the next property, try to hold both sets of numbers in your head, and repeat. It is genuinely one of the most frustrating parts of managing a portfolio of sites.

Google's rationale is that GA4 is property-scoped by design. Roll-up properties exist, but they are a GA4 360 feature, which starts at $50,000 per year. Not exactly an option if you are a developer with a handful of side projects or a solo founder running multiple products.

So the real question is: what do you use instead?

I tested the main options available in 2026. Here is what I found.


The Contenders

AgencyAnalytics

AgencyAnalytics is built for marketing agencies reporting to clients. If that is you, it is genuinely good software. You connect each client's GA4 property, build a white-labeled dashboard, schedule automated reports, and the client sees a nice PDF every Monday. The integration library is broad: GA4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Search Console, and 80+ others.

Pricing: $59/month (Freelancer, 5 clients) — $179/month (Agency, 10 clients), billed annually. Additional clients are $20/month each regardless of plan.

The honest catch: Every property still needs to be connected manually. You authenticate, add the integration, and configure what you want to show. That process takes several minutes per site. If you have 12 personal projects rather than 12 agency clients, you are doing a lot of setup work for something that is not really designed for you. The product also assumes you want to generate client-facing reports — if you just want to see your own data at a glance, the interface gets in your way.

Best for: Agencies billing clients. Makes sense at 5+ clients paying for the service.

Not ideal for: Developers and founders checking their own portfolio. The pricing and workflow are optimized for client management, not self-serve monitoring.


Databox

Databox is a business intelligence tool that can pull from GA4 among many other sources. The dashboards are flexible — you can build almost anything if you are willing to invest the time. The data source library covers over 130 integrations including GA4, Stripe, HubSpot, and most advertising platforms.

Pricing: $159/month (Professional, 3 data sources), $399/month (Growth). Additional data sources are $5.60/month each. The free plan was discontinued in July 2025.

The honest catch: Databox is not really a GA4 dashboard. It is a dashboard builder that happens to support GA4. You build the layout yourself, drag in metrics, choose your date ranges, configure everything. There is no concept of "show me all my properties." Each GA4 property counts as a separate data source, so monitoring 10 websites on the Professional plan would cost $159 + (7 × $5.60) = around $198/month before you have built a single dashboard.

The tool is powerful if you need to combine GA4 with Stripe revenue or Facebook Ads spend in a single view. If you just want GA4 data across multiple properties, the complexity and cost are hard to justify.

Best for: Marketing teams who need cross-channel data combined into executive dashboards.

Not ideal for: Anyone who just wants GA4 data. You are paying for features you will never use.


DashThis

DashThis is a reporting tool. Like AgencyAnalytics, it is primarily designed for agencies that need to generate PDF reports for clients. You create dashboards, add widgets connected to GA4 and other sources, and schedule reports to go out on a schedule.

Pricing: $49/month for 3 dashboards, scaling up to $739/month for 100 dashboards (billed annually). Each dashboard is one website's report.

The honest catch: The $49 entry tier gives you 3 dashboards. To monitor 10 sites, you need the $149/month tier (10 dashboards). The math is straightforward, but you are paying for a reporting product when what you want is a monitoring product. These are different things. A report is something you generate periodically and send somewhere. A monitoring dashboard is something you check live, any time, across all your sites at once.

DashThis also requires per-site setup. Connect GA4, configure the widgets for that site, done. Ten sites means ten rounds of that process.

Best for: Freelancers who send monthly reports to small batches of clients.

Not ideal for: Portfolio monitoring. The per-dashboard pricing model works against anyone with more than 5 sites.


AnalyticsPortfolio

AnalyticsPortfolio is the closest direct competitor to what I was trying to build. It supports GA4 data, handles multiple properties, and is priced for individual use rather than agencies. The functionality is there.

Pricing: $49/month for up to 40 sites.

The honest catch: The UI is noticeably dated — it looks like a product that was built during the Universal Analytics era and has not had a significant design pass since. The setup still requires connecting each property individually. There is no auto-discovery from your Google account. It is also less responsive on mobile, which matters if you are checking your stats from your phone.

To be clear: if your main concern is price and feature coverage, AnalyticsPortfolio does the job. It is just not a pleasant experience.

Best for: Cost-conscious users who can live with a dated interface and do not mind manual setup.

Not ideal for: Anyone who wants a fast, modern experience or values their setup time.


StatPilot

StatPilot takes a different approach. Instead of connecting properties one by one, you sign in with your Google account. The app calls the Google Analytics API and discovers every GA4 property that account has access to. No connection steps. No configuration. You see your dashboard in about two seconds.

The dashboard shows sessions, users, pageviews, and bounce rate for each property, with a sparkline trend line so you can see at a glance whether a site is growing or declining. The whole thing is dark mode, designed for quick scanning, and works well on mobile.

Pricing: Free for 3 properties, $19/month for up to 15, $49/month for unlimited.

What is actually different: The auto-discovery eliminates the overhead that makes the other tools annoying to set up and maintain. When you launch a new website and connect GA4, it appears on your StatPilot dashboard automatically. You do not need to log back in and add it.

The trade-off: StatPilot only does GA4. It does not pull from Google Ads, Facebook, or Stripe. If you need cross-channel data in a single view, you need one of the more complex tools above. StatPilot is specifically for developers and founders who manage multiple websites and want to see their GA4 data at a glance, without the overhead of an agency reporting tool.

Best for: Solo founders, indie hackers, and developers managing 5-20+ websites who want the fastest possible path from "I want to see my stats" to "I can see my stats."

Not ideal for: Agencies reporting to clients, or anyone who needs multi-channel dashboards that include ad spend or CRM data.

The Verdict

The right tool depends entirely on what you are actually trying to do.

If you run an agency billing clients for reporting: AgencyAnalytics or DashThis. Both have white-labeling, client portals, and scheduling. AgencyAnalytics has the better integration library. DashThis has the simpler pricing at small scale.

If you need GA4 data combined with ad spend and CRM data: Databox. It is expensive and complex, but it handles cross-channel data better than anything else in this list.

If you manage your own portfolio of websites and want to see GA4 data fast: StatPilot or AnalyticsPortfolio. StatPilot is the better experience and cheaper at most tiers. AnalyticsPortfolio is a reasonable backup if StatPilot does not cover a specific feature you need.

If you have 3 or fewer properties: StatPilot is free. No reason to use anything else.
