Please read these terms before using StatPilot. By signing in with Google and using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who We Are

StatPilot ("the Service") is a Google Analytics 4 dashboard operated by Dizid Web Development, a sole-proprietorship registered in the Netherlands ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at hello@dizid.com.

2. Service Description

StatPilot provides a unified dashboard for viewing Google Analytics 4 (GA4) metrics across multiple properties. The Service:

Authenticates you via Google OAuth 2.0
Requests read-only access to your GA4 data (analytics.readonly scope)
Auto-discovers your accessible GA4 properties and displays their metrics
Caches data in your browser for performance

StatPilot does not modify, write to, or delete any Google Analytics data.

3. Account and Access

StatPilot does not have its own account system. Access is granted via:

Google OAuth: You must have a valid Google account to sign in.
Email allowlist: Access may be restricted to specific Google account email addresses. If your email is not on the allowlist, you will be denied access even with a valid Google account.

We reserve the right to add or remove email addresses from the allowlist at any time, for any reason, without notice. Access to the service is a privilege, not a right.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use StatPilot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

Use the Service to access GA4 properties you are not authorized to view under your Google account's own permissions
Attempt to circumvent the email allowlist or any other access controls
Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to extract data from the Service at a rate that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure or Google's APIs
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the Service (beyond what is publicly available)
Use the Service in any way that violates Google's API Terms of Service or Google Analytics Terms of Service
Share your session credentials or allow third parties to access the Service through your account
Use the Service for any purpose that would constitute a violation of applicable law

5. Google API Services

StatPilot's use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically: data obtained via Google APIs is used only to provide the StatPilot dashboard to the signed-in user. It is not transferred to third parties, used for advertising, or used to train machine learning models.

6. Intellectual Property

Your property: Your Google Analytics data belongs to you and the respective property owners. We do not claim any rights to your analytics data. We access it only on your behalf, with your explicit authorization.

Nothing in these terms grants you a license to use our trademarks, logos, or brand materials.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

Accuracy or completeness of analytics data (data is sourced from Google and may be subject to sampling or processing delays)
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Fitness for a particular purpose
Compatibility with your systems or browser

Analytics data is retrieved from the Google Analytics Data API. We are not responsible for discrepancies between data shown in StatPilot and data shown in the Google Analytics interface.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dizid Web Development and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Your use of or inability to use the Service
Decisions made based on analytics data displayed in StatPilot
Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
Unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or €10 if you are on the free tier).

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep StatPilot available, but we make no uptime guarantees. We may:

Take the Service offline for maintenance, with or without notice
Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time
Impose usage limits to protect service stability

StatPilot is a best-effort service. There is no Service Level Agreement (SLA).

10. Pricing and Billing

A free tier of StatPilot may be available at our discretion. Paid tiers, if offered, are subject to the following:

Prices are listed in euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to affected users
Refund policy (if any) will be stated at the time of purchase
Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction

11. Termination

By us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons may include violation of these terms, abuse of the service, or discontinuation of the product.

By you: You may stop using the Service at any time. To fully remove your data, log out of the Service (which deletes your stored refresh token from our servers) and revoke StatPilot's access via your Google Account permissions.

Upon termination, your refresh token will be deleted from our servers. Browser-cached data will persist until cleared by you or expiry.

12. Data Handling

Our data practices are described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands. If you are located in another country, this does not affect your statutory consumer rights under local law.

We encourage you to contact us at hello@dizid.com before initiating any formal dispute — most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected users (such as a notice in the dashboard).

Continued use of the Service after the updated terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, stop using the Service.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Dizid Web Development regarding your use of StatPilot, and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
