Terms of Service

Please read these terms before using StatPilot. By signing in with Google and using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who We Are

StatPilot ("the Service") is a Google Analytics 4 dashboard operated by Dizid Web Development, a sole-proprietorship registered in the Netherlands ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at hello@dizid.com.

StatPilot provides a unified dashboard for viewing Google Analytics 4 (GA4) metrics across multiple properties. The Service:

StatPilot's use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically: data obtained via Google APIs is used only to provide the StatPilot dashboard to the signed-in user. It is not transferred to third parties, used for advertising, or used to train machine learning models.

6. Intellectual Property

Our property: The StatPilot application, its design, code, and branding are owned by Dizid Web Development. All rights reserved.

Your property: Your Google Analytics data belongs to you and the respective property owners. We do not claim any rights to your analytics data. We access it only on your behalf, with your explicit authorization.

Nothing in these terms grants you a license to use our trademarks, logos, or brand materials.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

Analytics data is retrieved from the Google Analytics Data API. We are not responsible for discrepancies between data shown in StatPilot and data shown in the Google Analytics interface.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dizid Web Development and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or €10 if you are on the free tier).

We aim to keep StatPilot available, but we make no uptime guarantees. We may:

By us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons may include violation of these terms, abuse of the service, or discontinuation of the product.

By you: You may stop using the Service at any time. To fully remove your data, log out of the Service (which deletes your stored refresh token from our servers) and revoke StatPilot's access via your Google Account permissions.

Upon termination, your refresh token will be deleted from our servers. Browser-cached data will persist until cleared by you or expiry.

Our data practices are described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands. If you are located in another country, this does not affect your statutory consumer rights under local law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected users (such as a notice in the dashboard).

Continued use of the Service after the updated terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, stop using the Service.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Dizid Web Development regarding your use of StatPilot, and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
